- Full Project Architect and Interior Designer for a part conversion and part new build of a former period Post Office building to provide 10 luxury apartments in the historic town of Ilkley.
- The project included the full Architectural Service and complete Project Management from inception through to final handover to the tenants. The completed apartments have secured record rents in the town of Ilkley being constructed and fitted out to an extremely high standard with large living areas opening out onto private courtyards and glazed balconies. The design respects the existing period architectural style of the former post office whilst providing a modern approach to the courtyard elevations responding to the needs of current apartment living.
