- MDA have been appointed as Full Project Architects and Interior Designers on the complete renovation and refurbishment of the Grade 2 Listed Grand Arcade in Leeds.
- The project included obtaining Full Planning Approval and Listed Building Consent for the complete renovation of this great example of Victorian Arcade Architecture built in 1897 by the New Briggate Arcade Company and designed by Architects Smith and Tweedale. The works will include replacement roofing and the full renovation of the interior to transform it again into a destination shopping area in Leeds.
