- MDA were Full Project Architects and Interior Designers on this contemporary office conversion providing 4 floors of “Grade A” office floor plates.
- The project included obtaining Full Planning Approval and the major remodeling of an existing vacant building requiring the detailed design of a new structural Mezzanine floor and installation of a large roof extension. The design followed a contemporary industrial office theme with exposed services and building structure. The project also included the complete Cat B fit out of two floors to provide new head quarter offices for ATC Properties Limited.
